Yes. We see patients of all ages from newborn and up. 
We will not offer any immunizations at this time. Storage and administration is a costly process.

Yes. Our family plan covers all children in the family for $160 and is more economical for families with more than 2 kids.

In the event you need to be hospitalized we will help coordinate your care through local hospitalists and /or 
the appropriate specialists.

Nothing changes. When you see a specialist, it will be a traditional visit using your medical insurance.

We are then able to follow-up with you about the visit. X-rays or other studies are ordered and set up just like in a regular practice. If we do not have a medication for you we will send a prescription to your local pharmacy.

No. We work directly for you, providing exceptional, personal, direct health care without the increasing constraints, limitations, and costs of insurance companies.
At this time we are not able to accept Medicare/Medicaid patients.
We highly recommend that you pair your membership with an insurance plan to protect against unexpected costly medical events.

Because illness and injury do not respect regular office hours, you may call our on-call physician any day and at any hour. For obvious emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Yes. We are happy to offer employer and sports physicals and fill out the appropriate forms as required. 
These are included for free with your membership.
No. Chronic pain is a very common and understandably frustrating medical problem. 
It is best treated by specialists who are trained specifically in this area of medicine.
We do not treat chronic pain but are more than happy to help arrange a referral to a pain management specialist. We Do Not stock controlled pain medicines in our clinics.
